Kimchi and Mac n Cheese?
This recipe was invented by a friend of mine who was craving for late night snack.
She opened her fridge and all she found was kimchi and a pack of mac n cheese.
So, she decided to cook mac n cheese. Then she thought,
‘How about putting kimchi in mac n cheese?’
I was swinging by her dorm that time and got to taste her kimchi mac n cheese.
It was soooo good.
So, I would like to share this easy and tasty recipe with you!
Ingredients: mac n cheese, kimchi
Recipe:
1. Cook mac n cheese.
2. Put kimchi at the last step of making mac n cheese.

wow, first time i head of kimchi mac ‘n’ cheese! interesting combo but i’m sure it tastes good!!

yes! It’s a fusion of cheese and kimchi, two fermented healthy food! Although both of them contains high sodium, so it was a bit salty… 🙂

ah, i think i will make mac ‘n’ cheese from scratch with a lower-sodium cheese..hopefully that will even out the saltiness. thanks for letting me know! 🙂
